How Often Should I Detox My Body?
I get asked this question all the time. Each person is different and how you are feeling is going to depend on how long you should detox. If after three days you are still feeling slugging, tired, bloated, experiencing headaches, etc. you may need to extend the length of your cleanse. However, too long and you are going to end up loosing nutrients and need to replenish your body.
